The woman sued Chanel Diamond Ring stuck

File this one under "Oh no she di'int!"
Here's something we've all joked about but hopefully never experienced-at least not in public. A woman was trying on rings at the Chanel store on 57th Street and got one hopelessly stuck on her finger.
After numerous sales phoenix luxury associates tried in vain to pull it off, the customer went to the emergency room, where a medical team took "three to four hours" to finally remove it!
The ring, which was worth "at least $ 10,000," according to the legal team (see where this is going?), Remained intact and did not need to be cut off. Luckily, her finger is in good health too.
Her mood, however, was not. The angry-and certainly embarrassed-customer is now suing Chanel phoenix luxury handbags  in Brooklyn Supreme Court for "unspecified damages."...
Many consumers, including those in this one, apparently use websites to browse and “pre-shop.”
“Although 64% of wealthy consumers are visiting fashion phoenix luxury handbags designer websites to browse, shop or check out the latest designs, only 37% actually report making purchases on these sites,” Raja said.
One of the problems with many luxury website is that there’s more attention devoted to the aesthetics than to ease of use. Since affluent consumers are surfing the net on their own time and convenience, luxury marketers need to exceed expectations.
“Luxury fashion phoenix luxury handbags designer brands need to develop unique marketing strategies for their online presence in order to exceed customer expectations,” Raja said.
That includes customer service especially. “Customer satisfaction with interacting with luxury fashion websites had the lowest index scores in the survey,” she said. “Given the amount of time spent on the web by wealthy consumers today, luxury phoenix luxury handbags brands must push the boundaries to provide extraordinary customer experiences online.”
